Description
Hard to come by, this white aquilegia is native to sub-alpine meadows in the western Himalayas (Pakistan and northern India).
Flowers are very fragrant, perfume is like a sweet honeysuckle. Sometimes the white flowers may be tinged with the very faintest lavender or pale blue at the very tips of the sepals (the outside petals).
‘Chelsea chop’ when first flowering is over and you will get another crop of blooms.
Comes true from seed. 12-18” high.
