A strong, stately plant with tall supporting stems and powdery-blue foliage.
The upright stems are topped with panicles of fluffy, soft yellow flowers providing long lasting summer colour.
Attractive to bees and butterflies. Good for cutting.
Prefers moist soil in sun or partial shade. Fully hardy perennial.
Great for a moist, sunny border, woodland or wild garden.
Will also make a fantastic addition to prairie planting.
Position: full sun or partial shade, will grow in almost any soil
